Shipping

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. All shipments will be through USPS ground services so please plan accordingly for delivery time from McKinney, TX to your location. Please contact us before placing your order if you need different shipping options.

 

Returns

Please email us at haley@shop31ten.com BEFORE sending us any return items.

We only offer store credit for returns. Due to our quickly changing inventory, we can not guarantee exchanges. All items must be returned in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.  

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale Items
  • Jewelry
  • Sunglasses
  • Hair Accessories
  • Bodysuits + Bralettes

All items must be delivered back to 31ten within 30 days of being delivered to you. We will use the delivery date from the tracking link provided at the time of shipment. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.

The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will reply to your return request email with the address to ship your return back to.

Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for processing. You will receive an e-gift card via email. This can be used online or at any of our pop up shops, festivals or market appearances. 

 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
After the item has been worn, it’s yours for good! 31ten is not liable for damage that occurs as the item is being worn. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item that was reported as damaged if the items show any sign of wear.



RETURNING IN-PERSON PURCHASES
If you make a purchase in-person at a pop up shop, festival or market 31ten is a vendor at, then need to return it by shipping it please be sure to include the receipt. Items returned from in-person purchases that do not have the tags attached will not be accepted.
